Refund policy

At Oh Sh*t, I want you to love what you ordered! If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s what to do:

Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect. 

Refunds

Once I receive your returned item, I'll inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned.
