Shipping policy

I'm not a big retail giant, this is a small operation. Generally, I order t-shirts in batches roughly every couple of weeks. Once I receive the t-shirts, I print them and then ship them to you. This means the shipping timeline can vary depending on when the next batch is ordered and printed.

Processing Time:

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. However, if items are out of stock or waiting for the next batch, it might take a bit longer—typically 5 to 10 business days. Thanks for your understanding and patience!

Shipping Rates & Delivery:

• Right now, all UK shipping is free and delivered by Royal Mail within 3-5 business days.

International Shipping:

I will ship internationally, but since I'm just starting out, there are still things I need to work out. I'm learning as I go, and your patience is appreciated! 

Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your order has arrived damaged, please drop me a line at denis@oh-shit.co.uk within 5 days of receiving the item. If you think it might be lost, again, reach out and I'll see what I can do.
